My husband Chris and I wanted to let you know how happy we are with our new vinyl plank floors. It’s not only the product that we’re pleased with but the level of service provided by your staff. From the moment we walked in the doors we knew we were in good hands. Charlene helped us pick the perfect color and floor product. She’s very friendly, knowledgeable and patient. Brad came several times to our house upon request to measure and to make sure we were happy with the right underlay. He was able to accommodate our request to change the underlay the night before the install and we’re so happy he did! The floor feels so solid and no more squeaking. He also arranged the day of to add on another small project at our front entrance. And that brings us to Chad and Marco. Great duo. They were professional, polite and cleaned up after the job was done. The quality of work was excellent. Very pleased that Chad was willing to stay to do the front entrance after doing the two bedrooms. From beginning to end, we had a great experience with all your staff!
